  • Experience working in a call centre or office environment  – preferred but not essential
  • Confident & professional phone manner
  • Ability to manage multiple & competing priorities
  • Ability to be empathetic to the needs of the client
  • Previous experience in the insurance or construction industry advantageous, however not essential
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Positive attitude & a desire to go above & beyond to deliver quality customer service
